Questions about Audio Track and Avisynth

I've run into a few vob files where there is a commentary track on track 1 of the vob file, is there anyway to select which audio track you encode?

Also I find the color in the encodes are a bit washed out, I noticed one of the profiles use Avisynth, but I don't see how you choose a script, or conversely in a script how to boost the color saturation..

I don't know how to answer the second question but the first one you can can create a new VOB file using DVD decrypter. You basically "rip" the DVD taking only what you need. You do this using the IFO mode.
