In 1.74, I had many profiles for different aspect ratios.
It looks like I won't need this in V2 using the autoresize option, but it produces a file that the PSP will not recognise.
Could you advise the correct settings please for Autoresize to work.
Thanks

Am I the only one with this problem?

Maybe, maybe no one has said anything yet. What is the error you are getting exactly? Unsupported data? I've done the default profiles before so as far as I know they work. The one I use the most is "AVC 480x272 768kbps Stereo/128kbps". there's another one that uses 2 pass as well that works.
i can already tell you I've done 300+ anime videos with this profile so far with no issues.

nusakan, I'm having the same problem and the resize fuction does create a file that is unsupported. Maybe your anime looks fine but some of my videos are not the exact aspect ratio as the PSP and I dont want them to be stretched, I would rather have letter box bars. Auto resize seems to ignore the fact that i've set the maximum resolution to the PSP's maximum and makes a file that is too large. I would love a check box that states preserve aspect ratio so I could just click on it and have my movie come out in the best quality it can for the aspect ratio of the original file.

I haven't tried Auto Resize. There is an option to turn on and off Auto Resize. You can find it when you're creating or editing your profile. It'll be under the video section and the first general tab. I don't have Auto Resize enabled which may be why mine is working just fine??? I'll try it with autoresize enabled.

Ya... I'd say don't use the Auto Resize feature. One of my videos went to 640x368 because of it, which is already an unsupported resolution.

Thanks for the replies.
Without the auto resize works fine for me. It's just the auto resize that produces an unsupported file.
But, Autoresize seems such a useful option. It would save the problem of having to calculate which profile to use. Xvid4psp has an auto resize feature that seems to work fine, so it would be good to see it working in PSPvideo9.
