If i dont have the latest version of i tunes couldthat possibly be why it keeps saying your converted video could not be added to your itunes library

hi peepz,

i just can't convert the video's and i don't know why. I looked at forums and stuff and tried to fix it, but no succes. Maby i'm not looking good but i just can't find the problem. plz help me :confused:
