If your video converts extremely fast (see the third and fourth posts below), the problem is during the conversion and these instructions are not applicable. Please start a New Thread (http://www.redkawa.com/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=29)and post a console log (instructions below).
Unfortunately, there is no automatic fix for this problem yet. To get your files into iTunes, you will have to add them manually, simply follow these steps:
1. Find out where your videos are being saved in Videora Converter. Note that there is more than one folder (H.264 and MPEG-4 Videos). Select one of the paths and Copy:

2. Open iTunes and go to File -> Add File to Library.... Paste the path in the File Name box and hit Open:

3. Select your video. If your video is not there [see Note B below], return to Step 1 and try the other folder.
Note A: If Videora was installed through another Windows User's Account, the default Paths from Step 1 will be for that User's Account. - thanks timiscool
Note B: If you are using Windows Vista, you may have to select something called "Compatability Files." Details Here (http://www.hanselman.com/blog/VistasShowCompatibilityFilesAndTheScrumptiousWonde rThatIsFileVirtualization.aspx).-Thanks acr01 & MidiMan
Note C: You can find more possible solutions to this problem in Common Solutions to Typical Problems (http://www.redkawa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2311).
