View Full Version : the converted video cannot be added to iTunes library

i got same problem as anybody here, but the video i select DONT convert before the error appears, so heres a pic:

please tell me what can i do in -simple- words :p

remember, the video DONT converts, just makes the error, and ive already read the "How to fix Failed to Add to Library problem" but theres no answer for this :(

Sure, you'll have to post a console log, see instructions below.

I always get that error pop up if I do not exit iTunes after I'm done updating my iPod.

Basically:

Convert your first file.

When it's about 80% complete open up iTunes.

The conversion should go through perfectly and the file should be on iTunes.

Add the file to your iPod.

EXIT iTunes and go back to Videora and convert your next file.

Once the file is 80% complete open up iTunes again.

Etc...

I'm not sure if that's a true remedy to the problem but it always works when I do that, and always messes up when I don't.

Set your height/width to 320x240. The converter doesn't handle odd numbers for picture axes very well.

Edit Profile button
Video tab
Fields are in resolution box.

No, but it's the best suggestion I have at this point. If it doesn't work, post the new log.
