I installed "PSP Video 9 FW3.30 Beta (2.17)" over my Installation of "PSP Video 9 Version: 1.74" (I did not install AviSynth again because I already installed the Version 2.5).

If I start a conversion now I get a warning notice from Kaspersky Anti-Virus:

Attention
potentially dangerous software:
RootShell

Prozess (PID: 1668):
C:\Programme\pspvideo9\RKVideoConverter.exe

Files concerned are:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\csc. exe

Did anybody else get this message?

I do not believe that there is actually a virus, I believe rather that Kasperski reacts exaggerated.

Thanks in advance

P.S. Please excuse my bad English I come from Germany ;-)

Your assumptions are correct. There is no "potentially dangerous software" contained in PS3 Video 9. This is a false postive by Kaspersky. Kaspersky will identify any program that runs in a command (dos) prompt as "potentially dangerous software", including when PS3 Video 9 is encoding video.

Please ignore this warning.
You can read the same thing from the company here:
