I had one of those 3 second error problems that lately a lot of people have been having, here is the console code:

You might have some luck if you change the profile to mono sound.

Go to Settings, then select a profile (use "H.264 QVGA 768 ... Advanced") and click Edit Profile. Go to the Audio tab and change Stereo to Mono.

Select OK, and instead of Using the Video Wizard, select the tab that say "Current Conversion" and select the profile you edited...

Didn't work. Ok this is what i did :
1. Went to settings
2. Went under encoding profiles and changed my profile to "H.264 QVGA 768kbps Stereo/128kbps Advanced"
3. Went to Edit Profile
4. Went to Audio tab and under Channels I changed it to Mono and clicked ok
5. Went to Convert then to current conversation
6. Finally I clicked Convert Video, selected the video that wasn't working then changed the profile to "H.264 QVGA 768kbps Stereo/128kbps Advanced", clicked start and got the same error

Am I doing something wrong or is there another way to fix my problem.

-Thanks,
Sam

Try setting the width and height to 320x240.

I agree with Sketch, also:

I see the error:
Could not open 'C:\Documents and Settings\Sameer\My Documents\Converted Videos\iPod\H264\Tornado of Souls live.mp4'

Is there a reason it wouldn't be able to write a new file there? Try going to that directory and creating a new file...

YES!!! I got it to convert! Thank you so much for your help msopnet and sketch. I took your advise of seeing what the problem was about why a new file would write in that location. I copy and pasted my converted videos folder to the location the program was trying to write to. Then what do you know, it starts converting fine. Thank you so much for your time guys.

Glad you got it to work but I'm curious... the source file doesn't seem to have an extension on it:

EXEC: C:\Program Files\Red Kawa\Video Converter\Tools\FFmpeg\ffmpeg.exe -y -i "C:\Documents and Settings\Sameer\Desktop\Unconverted Videos\Tornado of Souls live"

Do you know what kind of file it is?
