Great little app this - but I'm wondering what sort of transfer speed I should expect between the server and the PS3?
My PS3 is connected to the File Server (running on XP) by a 100mb wired connection which can transfer around 6-7Mb/sec between two PCs, but I'm only seeing a transfer rate of around 40Kb/sec or less. A 300MB file is going to take a loooong time at this rate :) The PS3 can download from the PS3 Store over the internet at several MB / sec so the issue doesn't seem to be at that end.
Should I be seeing more speed? Should I be using Media Centre X instead?
