Re: ffmpeg.exe ERROR ... !

Dear Forum Members,
I have a US version Sony PSP originally Firmware version 1.5 now upgraded to 3.4.
Since downloading PSPVideo9 Version 2.25, I have not been able to convert video files as I always get the ERROR MESSAGE:

"ffmpeg.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

The Video9 page then closes.
I like to be advised on a resourseful action to get over this problem from FORUM members.
