Default I cant download videos from youtube, even though i used Lanceb idea - 08-22-2007, 04:14 PM

I tried to do what Lanceb said but when I downloaded the video from yoube to youtubex and saved it under Movies and Show. It didnt show the video that I downloaded. Tell me how to fix it or inother way to download the video. I noticed that when i save the videos the icon is not a video icon, its a program, is it suppoed to be like that? And when im going to convert i cant write the filename so I have to select the file manually but i still cant find it.

Default try this - 08-23-2007, 09:26 AM

I remember I had downloaded a video from "YouTube" and the file window did not show it. So I typed in the file manually and it found the file. I didn't have any problems after that. To this point I have no problems downloading with 2.25. So, Just try typing in the file name and see if will find it. Don't forget the name of your files.

Default How do you do it? - 08-23-2007, 03:48 PM

My file names are (get_video) when I am bout to save. But for some reason I cant change the name. Also, how do you find the file? Because when I put selct file in the convert thing, its not there! And when i try to type the file's name, it wouldnt write anything! I tried using other programs so i can download videos to my pc then to my PSP but the only one that actually worked was Video Piggy becuase it wasnt that complicated. All you had to do was type the URL and select where do you want to put it (PSP) and selct convert. But the thing is that it will only gives you 15 seconds of the video, you have to buy the full version to get the whole video.
