I am having problems converting videos. When i click convert, it says converting but it takes about 5 seconds and then it is done but there isn't anything in my library. Also the videos in my library prviously have disappeared. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. You can contact me at scorcheddemon666@yahoo.com.

I'm having the exact same problem with my conversions. I don't understand why it is happening either. I had changed around the settings for one of my profiles and then I thought I had changed them back to what they were originally, but then my next conversion took just seconds and created nothing other than a jpeg image.

Try creating a new profile from one of the pre-existing ones. I just tried that and it seems to be working.
