HELP! Problems with my psp

I have converted a movie to the format MPEG4-AVC. Now I want to get the movie to my psp. Things I have done
1. Plugged in the psp
2. Copied and pasted the movie into the folder 100MNV01.
3. Turns on the psp
4. Goes to videos - memorystick.
Then I get the answer "There are no videos", but still I have less megabites on the memory stick. I have the firmware 2.00 and have used PSP Video 9 to convert the file.

Need help quickly!!
