how to convert .MOV and reconvert .MP4?

I have some video guides on html, c++ and such, but they are all .mov. is there a way for pspvideo9 to convert .mov? it isn't working for me.


i have an mp4 that i'd like to resize down to psp resolution and add some avisynth processing to. can pspvideo9 reconvert an mp4? doesn't seem to be working for me.
