how can i fix this

every time i try and copy any movie to the PSP either in the library or by using the drag and drop method i get an error saying "can not copy "file" cannot find the specified file make sure you specify the correct path and file name" and my PSP just goes to a screan that says please wait and never changes im running version 3.52

The only time(s) your psp will show a please wait is when your system is trying to reconize your PSP or you have told your system to safely remove your PSP. I'm going to guess your system is still trying to reconize your PSP because if it was reconized already, you psp would've said "USB Mode". USB Mode is when your system can transfer your files to your PSP.
