***-_-**Convert 3.30+ AVC Avisynth !!HELP!!

I need help, can someone give me instructions or a link to a forum on how to get my 3.30+ AVC Avisynth encodding to work. I can convert videos using MPEG format, but many others including this wont work. I try to start converting, and 5 seconds later it says its finished and there isnt anything in the library.
