I'm just wondering which of the conversion types, like Fw1.50+ MGEG-4 320x240 ....., uses up the east amount of space so I can file like a whole season of shows on my psp.

you can choose whatever but it's the bitrate that determines the quality AND most of the file size of your conversion. remember though, the lower the bitrate the poorer your quality will be. You can just use the profile to set whatever resolution you want your video to be then go to the settings and modify the profile you wish to use and adjust the bitrate.
If that's too much of a headache, then just use the profile with the lower bitrate. Also make sure you know what firmware you're running on your psp or else you'll have other headaches on where to put the file.
