Did you setup Video9 to see your PSP? meaning, if you put your PSP to usb mode and your computer detects it, did you setup Video9 to point to it?
PS3 Video 9 (default) AVC 480p 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps AVC 720p 3072kbps Stereo/160kbps AVC 1024p 4096kbps Stereo 160kbps PSP Video 9 (default) Fw3.30+AVC 480x272 768kbps Stereo/128kbps Fw3.30+AVC 640x480 768kbps Stereo/128kbps Fw3.30+AVC 720x480 768kbps Stereo/128kbps |

okay, what firmware do you have? If you have 3.30+ set your device folder to 100ANV01 or 100MNV01 or even video. If you have less than 3.30 set it to one of the first two in MP_ROOT.

Connect psp to pc using a usb cable
go to psp select usb code. then open the memory stick on pc, you will see lots of files, make a new folder called "VIDEO" on "MP_ROOT" then copy your MP4 file to this folder |
