When I go to edit profile. Under the codec section I see a submenu "Level." What is this for? Is it for quality? Default for "Fw3.30+ AVC 480x272 768kbps Stereo/128kbps 2-Pass" is Level 2.1. Will changing this to 1.3 increase quality? Or will changing it to Level 3?

Also is there a link to a help guide that tells me what all the options? I can't seem to find it. Thanks.
