[HELP] Missing Windows Component

Hi, i recently got a new laptop =D tx2120, anyways i put Videora iPhone Converter on it and when i try to convert a video it says VideoInfo has stopped working and then windows says that windows vista 64bit does not come with flash.ocx and i should install flash player which i have and still same error and then Error 000100 comes up which i haven't been able to produce since i did compatiblity mode for windows xp sp2 and run as admin. but i would REALLY appreciate if i can get this to work ^^
