Windows Movie Maker files won't convert

Hello anybody,
I've got Windows Movie Maker on Vista and when I've finished making a movie (which takes hours as I'm new to it) and save it, the file is a MSWMM file and I haven't been able to convert it via the Videora converter or open it in itunes. I made the file size as small as possible, and have looked through MS forums for help, with no luck. Please can someone help me?

I've tried dragging/dropping, but no success.
