Hi there, I just started to use your iphone3g video converter now., Everytime I convert a video Windows Vista X64 says "Video information has found a problem and must close" (typical windows error message) why is that? I noticed when it shows that message the conversation proccess halts when I click the error message away it goes on like nothing happened. I would like to use your prg when I am not on my PC but this way it is not possible.

Is this a bug?

I got this alot as well and I too have a 64bit machine. I had the same problem until it didnt even work at all. Well before it stopped working for me all you have to do is hit cancel on those popup windows messages and everything should go fine. Once in a while the converter crashes but usually the program works fine by hitting cancel

Thanks also DVDs after being off the DVD with another prg?
From the description it doesn't tell whether it does support those.
