youtube .flv files not converting -

I've downloaded my entire playlist from youtube as .flv files and converted them to watch with WMP 11. I tried converting them using this program (Videora Xbox 360 Converter) to watch on my 360, but some of the files didn't convert. Why and how can I fix it so they can be converted properly?
