pls help me with the installation problem ''download failed: downloading timed out''

i have been downloading videora ipod classic converter 4.08 for many times. Once i have reached the set up during the installing process, once it started downloading for a few minutes, a box bumped out indicated that ''download failed: downloading timed out''...
i really want to know what is the problem with downloading this programme as i really need the programme urgently ..i have tried many times but it just failed...
would you please kindly check this out for me... THank you.
